How much FiveLac you are supposed to take can be uncertain. The product recommends starting with 1 to 2 sachets per day for the first week of use. Therapeutic dosage is around 2 to 4 sachets per day. Some people may be good with taking just one sachet per day, while others need around six sachets for it to work.

The retail price of this supplement is over $54.95. If you are going to take 2 sachets per day, you will consume one box in a month. It is quite expensive compared to other supplements since you will be spending almost two dollars per day for this product.
